Automatic High Speed Corner Gluing Machine
- It is an automatic machine for sealing the corners of boxes. The machine automatically loads the sheet and then forms it with a punch. During this process, it seals 4 edges at the same time using adhesive tape. It unloads the resulting product using an unloading belt.
- The machine is driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC through touch screen.
- Set up and adjustment of the machine is done on the touch screen. Little manual adjustment is required for overall setup or job changes.
- The production speed of the machine is up to 5000 pieces per hour.
